2. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through:

3. Offers and Prices
3.1
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include applicable VAT where required.
3.2
The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay.
All applicable taxes, import costs and customs duties are included. You will not be charged additional customs duties, import VAT or handling fees upon delivery.
Shipping is free on all orders.
3.3
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where applicable, you will be given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a full refund.
4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

A purchase agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

If a product becomes unavailable or is found to be out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative where available or provide a full refund for the unavailable product.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Wrensley does not store your full card or payment details on its own servers.
5.3
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.
5.4
Promotional vouchers and discount codes may be subject to individual conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes can be used once per eligible order, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
6. Delivery
6.1
Our products are dispatched from our international fulfilment warehouse in China.

Delivery times provided by Wrensley are estimates.
Occasional delays may occur because of customs processing, public holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you experience a delivery problem, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate.
6.3
Responsibility for the products passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.
7. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
In addition to applicable statutory rights, Wrensley offers an extended 30-day return period in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Once an order has been delivered, applicable statutory cancellation rights and our additional return policy apply as described in Section 7.
